Change is Coming…

Do you like change? I do.

I’ve always enjoyed re-arranging my furniture.

I love putting color on walls and if given the chance, I would change it more frequently than is really necessary.

I’m convinced that living space should be accessorized and that those accessories should be switched up- at least seasonally. I grew up in a house where mom’s baker’s rack was changed in accordance with every upcoming holiday- so I think I get my itch for “different” from her.

…and this blog is my “home” in cyberspace… so guess what???  Change is coming…

Hmmmm… fall is my favorite time of year, and I’m missing it for the second year in a row- not cool! Enjoy every fall-ish moment, and have some pumpkin flavored cream cheese on a Brueggers everything bagel for me. Dang… that sounds SOOOO good.

Women are the keepers of God’s heart for beauty!

And also – on a random, unrelated note (since I’m here) – I just emailed my mom asking her to get your crib mattress from your mom and dad for me. Are you sure this is really ok with you? If so, mention it to your mom so she knows Bern is coming her way. Thanks – love you.

ooooh, I like that… the keeper of God’s heart for beauty!!

And yeah- the mattress is actually the one from the crib my parents bought for Silas and Ellie to have at their house… but they won’t need it anymore and I’m sure you’re welcome to it. Crazy, but all of my belongings are in an Iowa storage unit… shame!

ooh I HATE change. I realized 2 weeks ago that I get SO STRESSED moving because I can’t stand change. I wish I liked change though because there sure is a lot of it in (my) life lately.

I am on pins and needles. Congrats for being good at keeping it fresh.

I also love change…at least when I get to choose it. Hence the many hair styles of the last two years and buying new curtains. I think there is something comforting about breathing the same breath in a new or new-looking environment. It just feels fresh…clean…new….good. mmhmm!
